В управлении по борьбе с киберпреступностью МВД напомнили о незаконности работы с сим-боксами, передает УБК МВД.В ведомстве подчеркнули: «Предложения «снять квартиру под оборудование», «подключить устройство с сим-картами» или «просто контролировать его работу за вознаграждение» не имеют ничего общего с легальной подработкой».Сим-боксы, также известные как GSM-шлюзы, используются для массового пропуска трафика через множество сим-карт и позволяют мошенникам совершать звонки гражданам от имени различных организаций, включая правоохранительные органы и операторов связи.В МВД отметили, что эти устройства стали одним из основных технических средств, применяемых в работе мошеннических кол-центров.Участие в подобных схемах грозит серьезными правовыми последствиями. С 1 сентября 2025 года вступила в силу ст. 274.3 УК РФ, предусматривающая ответственность за незаконное использование абонентского терминала пропуска трафика или виртуальной телефонной станции.В ведомстве напомнили, что обещания «пассивного дохода» и «несложной удаленной занятости» по факту означают пособничество мошенникам.Напомним, в конце марта ФСБ выявила мошенников с SIM-боксами в Ингушетии.До этого в Москве раскрыли 29 пособников телефонных мошенников.
