There are a few guys that I'd still love to add to our team if the price is right. is there anyone that you would like to see us bring in? Here are a few guys that I wouldn't mind the Broncos bringing in after June 1st if they're available and willing to come cheap to play for a contender. Two guys that I'd love to bring in if they'd come cheap or even for veterans minimum are Von Miller & Justin Simmons. Von was one of my favorite Broncos of all time. He's still playing at a really high level while playing on around 30% of the defensive snaps last year. He WANTS to be a Bronco. Nik Bonitto said Von was his favorite player growing up, so that'd be an awesome mentor for him. He was also a great locker room guy. He got traded and never got to say goodbye but he deserves to come back for 1 more ride and retire as a Bronco. Justin Simmons has expressed wanting to come back also. He was a good Bronco in his time here & would provide great depth at safety, which would be nice. I'd like to have them both back though. They deserve to make this run with us. They never left the Broncos on their own. Okay, on to potential free agent pick ups: David Njoku TE: pros - better than our current tight ends. 2025 stats: 33 Receptions for 293 yards & 4 TD one of the better run blocking tight ends in the league. cons - he spends more time in the hospital than on the field the last 2 years but if he'd come cheap... Jonnu Smith TE: pros - 2025 stats: 38 Receptions for 222 receiving yards & 2 TD, 70 yards rushing. cons - he got cut by the Steelers and is 31 already. He apparently couldn't block to save his life. Calais Campbell DL: pros - He's still a beast. 2025 stats: 43 Tackles (23 solo), 6.5 Sacks, 2 Passes defended cons - He's 40 & may retire, so I doubt he'd come cheap even to a contender. Cam Jordan Edge: pros - He's still producing at a high level. 10.5 sacks, 47 Tackles, 15 TFL & 15 QB Hits in 2025 & he may be willing to come cheap to reunite with Sean Peyton. cons - He's 37 & may retire instead of going to any other club. Darren Waller TE: pros - in 9 games in 2025, he caught 24 passes in 34 attempts averaged 11.8 yards per catch & scored 6 touchdowns on a lousy Dolphins team. Anyway, I hope through the draft or later in free agency, we can address TE, LB, DT, RB & OL depth. Draft wise, we have picks 62, 108, 111, 170, 246, 256, 257. I'm not an expert but here are some guys that we should look at in the draft with our 1st pick or could try to trade the pick for: Pick 62: draft - TE prospects: Eli Stowers, Oscar Delp, Justin Joly. Stowers gets mocked to us the most but if Delp is available, he'd be a better pick imo. LB prospects: Jake Golday, Jacob Rodriguez, Josiah Trotter. Out of these 3, if Golday or Rodriguez fell to us, that would be awesome. RB prospects: Jadarian Price, Mike Washington Jr. Jadarian Price will absolutely be our pick if he falls to us. Draft trades - This may be pipe dreaming, but who knows who we could get for a 2nd round pick... Pick 170 to the Bears for Cole Kmet TE Pick 170 to the Raiders for Michael Mayer TE Pick 62 to the Packers for Tucker Kraft TE Pick 170 to the Packers for Luke Musgrave TE Pick 62 & RJ Harvey to the Jets for Breece Hall RB Pick 111 to the Browns for Jarome Ford RB Pick 256 & a conditional 2027 6th rounder to the Saints for Alvin Kamara Pick 111 to the Bears for Tremaine Edmunds LB Pick 111 to the Titans for Cody Barton LB Anyway, those are just some things I've been thinking about and thought it'd make a decent discussion. submitted by /u/ThaGr8Potato [link] [comments]
