Read more Mulheres e homens agora têm o direito de se ausentar do trabalho por até três dias por ano para realizar exames preventivos de HPV (papilomavírus humano). A lei foi sancionada pelo presidente Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT) e publicada nesta segunda-feira (6) no Diário Oficial da União. A licença já existia para exames de prevenção ao câncer e agora engloba também o rastreio da IST (Infecção Sexualmente Transmissível). A nova lei obriga as empresas a informar seus funcionários sobre campanhas oficiais de vacinação e sobre doenças como HPV e cânceres de mama, de colo do útero e de próstata, seguindo as recomendações do Ministério da Saúde.
