Read more Суды оштрафовали российских операторов связи на 4 млн рублей за нарушения при фильтрации интернет-трафика, заявили в Роскомнадзоре. Речь идет о несоблюдении требования по пропуску всего трафика через технические средства противодействия угрозам устойчивости, безопасности и целостности функционирования сети Интернет на территории России, передает РИА «Новости».В Роскомнадзоре пояснили: «В период с 15 октября 2025 года по 31 марта 2026-го территориальные управления Роскомнадзора оформили материалы в отношении 28 операторов связи за нарушение требований к пропуску трафика через технические средства противодействия угрозам». Из этих дел 15 завершились штрафами на общую сумму 4 млн рублей, в пяти случаях были вынесены предупреждения, еще восемь материалов находятся в процессе рассмотрения.Операторы связи с 1 января 2023 года обязаны направлять весь интернет-трафик через соответствующие технические средства. В Роскомнадзоре также отмечают, что игнорирование этого требования создает риски возникновения информационных угроз для жителей страны.Согласно действующим правилам, штрафы за подобные нарушения составляют от 30 до 50 тыс. рублей для должностных лиц, от 50 до 100 тыс. рублей для индивидуальных предпринимателей и от 500 тыс. до одного млн рублей для юридических лиц. Повторное нарушение для компаний может обернуться штрафом от 3 до 5 млн рублей, а для должностных лиц и предпринимателей – лишением свободы на срок до трех лет.Как писала газета ВЗГЛЯД, оператор связи «Билайн» предложил не отключать интернет идентифицированным абонентам, а для сомнительных пользователей ввести «белые списки», что будет обсуждаться с Минцифры.Ранее Минцифры предложило крупнейшим цифровым платформам ограничить доступ к своим ресурсам для пользователей с активированными VPN-сервисами.
