When I started, I didn't know how much I was going to enjoy it, so I spent $300 on a GT series 2.0. It has Tektro rim brakes and Shimano Tiagra 4600. I have added a superteam carbon wheelset, but I was thinking about upgrading. I have now put almost 2,000 miles on the bike and was wondering if buying something with 105 mechanical or Di2 and disc brakes would be worth the upgrade. I am simply wondering if anyone thinks that this will make any difference to my riding experience.
